General Conditions
1. Enrollment
A deposit of 30% of the cost of the course is necessary for enrollment. An
international money order or international cashier's cheque along with a passport-size photo and a completed enrollment form should be sent to the secretary who will confirm
your acceptance by e-mail or fax. Please allow two weeks after we receive your deposit.
2. Payment
We accept payment in all foreign currencies at current exchange rates. The remaining
sum must be paid before the beginning of the course.
3. Conditions for cancellation
The school must be informed immediately of any cancellation by
e-mail or telefax. If the
cancellation arrives 30 days before the course begins 20% of the total price will be
retained:
- 15 days before: 30% of the total price
- 7 days before: 50% of the total price
- Less than 7 days: 100% of the total price
(These conditions have been determined by hotel operator).
