General conditions

1. Registration

Please send us your completed registration form online. The ABC Elba School will immediately confirm your registration.

2. Payment

A deposit of 30% of the cost of the course is requested together with the registration form. The balance is due on your first day.

3. Conditions for cancellation

The school must be informed immediately of any cancellation by e-mail or telefax. If the cancellation arrives 30 days before the course begins 20% of the total price will be retained:

  • 15 days before: 30% of the total price
  • 7 days before: 50% of the total price
  • Less than 7 days: 100% of the total price

(These conditions have been determined by hotel operator).
