During your language stay at ABC ELBA or your holiday at Villa Teresa, you can arrange to continue physiotherapy or contact a physiotherapist on the island about any concerns.
Uwe Maier-Thiele is a former ABC ELBA student who now lives on Elba. He offers physiotherapy home visits across the island and has many years of professional experience in Germany.

- Chronic orthopaedic conditions and back, joint or muscle problems
- Physiotherapy for neurological conditions, including the Bobath approach

By arrangement and subject to availability, treatments can take place at ABC ELBA / Villa Teresa or in your accommodation. Please agree appointments, location and costs directly with Uwe.

Before treatment, ask your health insurer whether the costs are covered and which conditions apply. Check whether you need a referral or specific documentation. An invoice or receipt alone does not guarantee reimbursement.
