I don't know where to begin... for those of you who don't have time to read long reviews, it was beyond and beyond excellent, ♾️/10.
For the people who may want to know more, listen up!
The teachers were my favourite part, they are typical Italians who love to chat and have this amazing warm energy! They have a way of presenting grammar in a fun and involving way, making lessons something I was looking forward to even tho I was on a school break! Do not hesitate to ask any question even if seems stupid, the teacher will explain it perfectly and veryyyyy patiently even multiple times.
The books they use are made by them, each level has its own book with nice exercises, to lock in the knowledge.
The lessons take place in the gardens that surround the beautiful villa Teresa, so the ambient is very nice.

We went on excursions in the afternoon and got to see the beautiful island of Elba in a very personalized way!
I did two weeks of lessons with my husband at ABC Elba whilst residing at the accomodation on site. We really enjoyed our time. I had a delightful and enthusiastic teacher Debora and enjoyed practicing Italian through interesting conversation. My husband, who was in a beginner class enjoyed the patience and kindness of his teacher Barbara and the clarity of her teaching method. We also enjoyed the social aspects and the relationships we formed on the trip. The accomodation was great and Porto Azzurro is beautiful. We would definitely recommend ABC Elba!
