This accommodation is on the grounds of Villa Teresa, where ABC ELBA lessons also take place. As a guest staying here, you can use the Villa Teresa pool. The centre of Porto Azzurro and the nearest beach are about 500–600 m away. Accommodation is priced per apartment; course fees and any additional costs are shown separately. We confirm suitable occupancy, availability and the price for your dates when you enquire.

We will provide details of the contracting party for your ABC ELBA course in our personal email reply to your enquiry or in the written booking confirmation.

Payment conditions

Cancelling your accommodation

If we receive your accommodation cancellation at least 30 calendar days before the booked arrival date, we refund the accommodation deposit paid.

With less than 30 calendar days’ notice, the full booked accommodation price is initially payable. We immediately offer the accommodation for re-letting and try to recover all or part of the cancelled period. Re-letting cannot be guaranteed.

Actual revenue from re-letting the same accommodation for the cancelled nights reduces the amount you owe, up to the original accommodation price. Partial re-letting also counts. Any overpayment is refunded. The final statement and any refund are provided within 30 calendar days after the originally booked departure date.

Early departure

If you leave your accommodation earlier than booked after arrival, the full price of the booked stay remains payable. We immediately offer the unused nights in the same accommodation for re-letting. Actual revenue from those nights reduces the amount you owe, up to the original accommodation price. Partial re-letting also counts; re-letting cannot be guaranteed. Any overpayment is refunded. The final statement and any refund are provided within 30 calendar days after the originally booked departure date. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Staying with your dog

Dogs can be accepted in ground-floor accommodation, preferably with a private outdoor area. The supplement is €50 per stay. Please mention your dog when you enquire; we will confirm a suitable apartment.
